December 2, 1986SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 04-86Pursuant to this Commission's policy of developing and strengthening the Philippine Contract Market, it is hereby ordered that the trading of sugar and soybeans shall be confined to the Manila International Futures Exchange, Inc., the designated Philippine Contract Market, and that no new position be allowed to be open for said commodities in the foreign exchanges, except for existing clients who may trade on contract month for sugar not beyond September 1987 and for soybeans not beyond April 1987.This circular shall take effect immediately. cdtai (SGD.)
