IaHAcTWe have gone over the arguments as adduced by both partied in all the pleadings filed both in support and in opposition to the motion of respondent seeking to reconsider the order of this commission dated September 7, 1987, and upon consideration of the same, we find no justifiable reason to warrant the reversal of the order sought to be reconsidered.
