The Securities and Exchange Commission registered on 18 June 2010 the consolidation of Asian Hills Bank, Inc. (A Rural Bank) and Society Rural Bank, Inc. into a new bank to be known as D' Asian Hills Bank, Inc. (A Rural Bank). AIHDcC
The Bank started its operations as a consolidated rural bank on 24 October 2010.
