(A Thrift Bank)"  The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registered on 28 June 2012 the conversion/upgrading of Enterprise Bank, Inc. (A Rural Bank) into a thrift bank under its new SEC-approved corporate name, Enterprise Bank, Inc. (A Thrift Bank). The Bank will start its operation as a thrift bank on 1 October 2012.
