The Commission invites stakeholders and interested parties to provide comments and suggestions on the attached draft Corporate Governance (CG) and Risk Management (RM) Bodies of Knowledge for the SEC Certification Examination. This will serve as a study guide for prospective capital market professionals who will take Phase 1 of the SEC Certification Examination.
