This resolves the Appeal of Dental Management Center Corp. (DMCC), 1 and Frederic G. Peignon from the letter-ruling of the Company Registration and Monitoring Department (CRMD) 2 denying DMCC's request for the issuance of a Certificate of Good Standing from the Securities and Exchange Commission. 3
