REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES (DEFERRED COUPON-PAYING HOMESAVER BONDS)
ORDER OF REGISTRATION
Based on records on file with this Commission, DMCI — Project Developers, Inc. was issued an Order of Registration (SEC-MSRD Order No. 54, Series of 2015) on September 24, 2015 for an aggregate amount of One Billion Pesos (P1,000,000,000.00) worth of Deferred Coupon-Paying HomeSaver Bonds via shelf registration.
In this regard, the Commission issued on September 24, 2015, a Certificate of Permit to Offer Securities for Sale relative to the Initial Offer consisting of Tranches "A", "B" and "C" with an aggregate amount of Five Hundred Million Pesos (P500,000,000.00).
The Commission in its meeting on March 17, 2016, favorably considered the Prospectus and other material documents filed relative to the second and final offer consisting of the remaining Five Hundred Million Pesos (P500,000,000.00) worth of Deferred Coupon-Paying HomeSaver Bonds.
The second and final offer consists of the following:
Tranche D Bonds: 4.75% p.a. due 2019,
Tranche E Bonds: 5.25% p.a. due 2021,
Tranche F Bonds: 4.75% p.a. due 2019,...
