In view of the many non-working days during the month of December, which is supposedly the last month within which to avail of the compromise penalties prescribed in Memorandum Circular No. 5, the Commission, in its SEC Res. No. 2196, S. 1986, resolved to extend the compromise penalty period up to January 31, 1987. cdtai
