April 22, 2020CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND FINANCE DEPARTMENTTO :Publicly-Listed Companies (PLCs)   SUBJECT:Extension of the Deadline for the Submission of the Integrated Annual Corporate Governance Report (I-ACGR)NOTICETo facilitate the disclosure of PLCs' compliance with the recommendations provided under the Code of Corporate Governance for PLCs and to harmonize the corporate governance requirements of the Commission and the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), the Commission required PLCs to submit an I-ACGR every May 30 for each year that the company remains listed in the PSE pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular No. 15, Series of 2017. However, in recognition of the impact of the 2019 Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic on the regular operations of corporations and to ease the regulatory burden on the business sector during these trying times, the Commission hereby EXTENDS the deadline for the filing of the I-ACGR until 30 July 2020.This extension shall automatically be applied without the need for a request from covered PLCs.
