July 3, 2020SEC MSRDTO : All Publicly Listed Companies (PLC) and Other Companies with Registered Securities under MSRD's Supervision (Collectively referred to as "Concerned Companies") SUBJECT: Filing of 17-A and/or 17-Q Reports NOTICEOn March 12, 2020, the Commission issued Memorandum Circular No. 5, Series of 2020 ("MC 5, s. 2020") extending the filing of SEC Forms 17-A (2019 annual report) and 17-Q (2020 first quarter report), until June 30, 2020 or 60 days from the date of lifting of travel restrictions (if company has foreign operations). In this connection, the Commission issued Notices on March 18, 2020 and April 3, 2020 to relax certain requirements. Despite the aforesaid postponement, Concerned Companies, or through their representatives, have filed queries for additional extension with the MSRD. Considering that the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC IRR) already provides for a mechanism (SEC Form 17-L) to extend the filing of subject reports and, in view of the lapse of the period provided under MC 5, s. 2020, Concerned Companies are given five (5) days...
