The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has approved the change of the corporate name of First Macro Bank, Inc. to "1ST MACRO BANK, INC. (A RURAL BANK)". The Securities and Exchange Commission has registered the Bank's Amended Articles of Incorporation and New By-Laws bearing its new corporate name on 20 August 2010. HSaIET
