NOTICE
The Commission will be conducting a FREE public seminar on updates and relevant SEC regulations for Foundations as follows:
1. Registration Requirements;
2. Reportorial and Compliance Requirements;
3. Financial Reports/Rule 68 of the SRC; and
4. Violations and Penalties for Non-Compliance.
to be held at the Meeting Room 9, 3rd Floor Delegation Bldg., PICC, Pasay City on 28 November 2017 (Tuesday).
BATCH 1 — 9 A.M.-12 N.N. (100 participants)
BATCH 2 — 1 P.M.-4 P.M. (100 participants)
The Commission can accommodate up to 200 participants on a first come first served basis. Priority will be given to Foundations and those intending to register as a Foundation.
