July 22, 2020CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND FINANCE DEPARTMENTTO : Publicly-Listed Companies   SUBJECT: Further Extension of the Deadline for the Submission of the Integrated Annual Corporate Governance Report (I-ACGR) NOTICETo facilitate the disclosure of publicly-listed companies' (PLCs) compliance with the recommendations provided under the Code of Corporate Governance for PLCs and to harmonize the corporate governance requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), the Commission required PLCs to submit an I-ACGR every May 30 for each year that the company remains listed in the PSE, pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular No. 15, Series of 2017.
