IN THE MATTER OF: REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATES OF REGISTRATION OF VAMOS LENDING INVESTOR, INC. AND WM LENDING INVESTOR, INC.
ORDER OF REVOCATION
WHEREAS, pursuant to its continuing drive against companies engaged in lending activities which failed to obtain a Certificate of Authority to Operate as a Lending Company pursuant to Republic Act No. 9474, otherwise known as the Lending Company Regulation Act of 2007, despite the sufficient time given to them to comply, the Securities and Exchange Commission, in a Resolution dated 4 July 2019, REVOKED the Certificates of Registration of VAMOS LENDING INVESTOR, INC. and WM LENDING INVESTOR, INC.; HTcADC
WHEREFORE, NOTICE is hereby given that the Certificates of Registration of the said companies are hereby REVOKED.
Let this Order be published once in a newspaper of general circulation and in the Commission's website.
