Cristeto Dinopol (Engr. Dinopol) to the EIPD alleging that the Articles of Incorporation of Singfil was falsified because the names of three incorporators: Anastacio Muntuerto, Teresa B. Tompar and William Maceren were merely added after the notarization of the document and before the same was submitted to the SEC. 1 AScHCDEIPD held a preliminary conference with the incorporators and officers of Singfil to inquire on the issue raised by Engr.
