(Urban) with business address at Urban Plaza, Urban Avenue corner Pasong Tamo, Makati City, and2) the findings of Mr. Bulacan that respondent Urban no longer exists in the said business address, since a different corporation owns the said business establishment as confirmed by one Jun B. Ilano, information clerk assigned at the said building on the day that Mr. Bulacan served the said Order;This Office concludes that any attempt to personally serve the summons upon Urban at the aforesaid addresses would be a waste of time and effort by the Commission's process...
