Petitioner, BEAUMONT HOLDING CORP., is a stock corporation registered with the Commission on October 12, 2000 under SEC Registration No. A200012529, with principal office address at #91 Gen. Luna, San Agustin St., Malabon.
On August 02, 2006, its Certificate of Registration was revoked by virtue of SEC Order dated June 27, 2006 which was published on July 03, 2006 in the Philippine Star, for non-filing of reports.
Petitioner now prays for the setting aside of the Order of Revocation dated June 27, 2006, on the following grounds:
1. that Petitioner has no operation from 2000 to 2004, however, it commenced its operation in 2005 up to present;
2. that it has no intention to violate the law or any SEC rules and regulations; and
3. that it shall henceforth submit reportorial requirements religiously. ACDTcE
