(CHEMREZ) filed a Petition for Voluntary Revocation of its Registration and Permit Sell Securities to the Public dated 20 November 2006.2. CHEMREZ cited the following as basis for its Petition:a. It has already been delisted from the Philippine Stock Exchange on 6 January 2015; andb. At present, Chemrez has 87 stockholders, with only 77 holding at least 100 shares.3. In its meeting on 23 April 2015, the Commission En Banc resolved to GRANT CHEMREZ's Petition and ordered that the registration of its securities be revoked. The Commission En Banc likewise resolved to GRANT the company's request for exemption from complying with the reportorial requirements under Section 17.2 of the Securities Regulation Code.
