June 19, 2012SEC-IPSD ORDER NO. 054-12IN THE MATTER OF EVERCREST GOLF CLUB RESORT, INC.ORDER OF REVOCATIONThe records on file with this Commission show that pursuant to an Order of Suspension issued by the Commission on 02 December 2011, the Registration of and Permit to Sell Securities of Evercrest Golf Club Resort, Inc. ("Club" for brevity) was suspended for a period of sixty (60) days or until it files its 2010 Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A) and 2011 1st & 2nd Quarter Reports (SEC Form 17-Q) and pays the penalty of P365,300.00. To date, no compliance has been made and no subsequent reports have been filed by the Club. Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on 10 May 2012, the Company's Registration of and Permit to Sell Securities to the Public are hereby REVOKED, pursuant to Sections 13 and 54 of the Securities Regulation Code. Accordingly, the Company is prohibited from selling/offering for sale its securities to the public.This revocation order shall not exempt the company from complying with its reportorial obligations...
