NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on 22 May 2014, a sworn registration statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on behalf of GT CAPITAL HOLDINGS, INC. for the registration of Fixed-Rate Peso denominated Retail Bonds due to mature on 2019 for the 5-year Issuance, 2021 for the 7-year Issuance and on 2024 for the 10-year Issuance. These issuances have an aggregate principal amount of up to Ten Billion Pesos (P10,000,000,000.00), with an oversubscription option of Two Billion Pesos (P2,000,000,000.00).
