NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on 29 September 2014, a sworn Registration Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on behalf of INTEGRATED MICRO-ELECTRONICS, INC. (the "Company") for the registration of up to 300,000,000 common shares with a par value of Php1.00 per share, divided as follows:
(1) Up to 215,000,000 common shares that shall be offered and sold by way of a primary offering at an offer price of up to Php10.00; and
(2) Up to 85,000,000 common shares for over allotment at an offer price of up to Php10.00.
