Based on the ocular inspection/on-site audit conducted by an SEC Specialist on 02 March 2012 in the principal office of the company at B2 L32, Cherryville Subdivision, Taytay, Rizal, the company is no longer in operation. Said address is a residential house being occupied by Ms. Donna Paulino (Ms. Paulino), one of the company's incorporators. The said residence was vacant and inquiry with a neighbor, a postman and the president of the homeowners' association in the area disclosed that they are not aware of any financing/lending activity of the company or Ms. Paulino and the latter, who seldom show up in the said house, is...
