Petitioner, LADY OF ROSE ACADEMY, INC. is a non-stock corporation registered with the Commission on 21 September 2000, under SEC Registration No. A200014604, with principal office address at ALBEDA Building, Blk. 10 Lot 16 Rosario Village, Sala, Cabuyao, Laguna, organized to operate a learning center which shall provide courses of study in preparatory, elementary, and secondary levels, as stated in its Articles of Incorporation. On 02 August 2006, its Certificate of Registration was revoked by the Commission, by virtue of SEC Order dated 27 June 2006, published on 03 July 2006 in the Philippine Star, for non-filing of reports.
Petitioner now prays for the setting aside of the said Order of Revocation dated 27 June 2006, on the following grounds:
1. that Petitioner has been in continuous operation from the time it was incorporated;
2. that Petitioner has faculty members and employees relying on it...
