ORDER
WHEREAS, on 30 September 2003, the Commission issued an Order revoking the Certificate of Incorporation of corporations registered in the years 1992-1995 for non-filing of its General Information Sheet and Financial Statements for the years 1997-2002.
WHEREAS, METROPOLIS LAND HOLDINGS CORPORATION, which was registered with the Commission on 10 March 1995, filed among others, its 1997 and 1998 General Information Sheet and 1998-2000 Financial Statements.
Considering the Corporation's submission of 1997 General Information Sheet, it is not deemed included in the Revocation Order dated 03 November 2003.
WHEREFORE, premises considered the status METROPOLIS LAND HOLDINGS CORPORATION has been changed from "revoked" to "registered" in the Commission's database.
Let a copy of this ORDER be attached to the subject corporate records on file with the Commission and the Compliance Monitoring Division is hereby directed to change the status from Revoked to Registered.
