ORDER
WHEREAS, on 30 September 2003, the Commission issued an Order revoking the Certificate of Incorporation of corporations registered in the years 1992-1995 for non-filing of its General Information Sheet and Financial Statements for the years 1997-2002.
WHEREAS, NEWS AND ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK CORPORATION (the Corporation for brevity) which was registered with the Commission on 09 August 1995, filed among others, its 1997 General Information Sheet on 28 August 1997 and has paid the fines for violation of the Commission's reportorial requirements on 24 March 2014.
Considering the Corporation's submission of 1997 General Information Sheet, it should not have been included in the Revocation Order dated 30 September 2003.
WHEREFORE, premises considered the status of NEWS AND ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK CORPORATION shall be changed from "revoked" to "registered" in the Commission's database.
