OMNIBUS ORDER
On February 25, 1998, this Commission issued a Show Cause Order against 12 entities including a certain Octopus Network, Inc. the pertinent portion of which reads: LibLex

WHEREFORE, the above indicated corporations, firms, entities and its operators, promoters, proprietors, directors and officers are hereby ordered to SHOW CAUSE in writing why no sanctions should be imposed against them for said violation . . .
