NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on September 4, 2014 a sworn Registration Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by PETRON CORPORATION (the "Company") for the registration of up to 10,000,000 preferred shares with a par value of Php1.00 per share to be offered and sold as follows:
(1) Up to 7,000,000 preferred shares that shall be offered and sold by way of a primary offering at an offer price of Php1,000.00; and
(2) Up to 3,000,000 preferred shares for oversubscription option at an offer price of Php1,000.00.
Said preferred shares shall be applied for listing and trading on the Main Board of the Philippine Stock Exchange.
