("PDBF") to reflect the following changes in its registration statement as follows: SubjectOriginal ProvisionProposed AmendmentsInvestment ObjectivesThe investment objective of the Fund is capital preservation with returns and inflows derived out of investments in fixed income instruments.To achieve capital preservation with returns and inflows derived out of investments in fixed income and money market instruments.Portfolio MixThe Fund's portfolio shall be invested in dollar-denominated fixed income instruments including but not limited to government securities, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Certificate of Indebtedness, other government securities or bonds and such other evidences of obligations issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas or guaranteed by the Philippine Government issued locally and abroad.
