ORDER
WHEREAS, on 27 May 2003, the Commission issued an Order revoking the Certificate of Incorporation of corporations registered in the years 1967-1975 for non-filing of its General Information Sheet and Financial Statements for the years 1997-2002.
WHEREAS, ST. JOSEPH HIGH SCHOOL OF FLORA, INC. (the Corporation for brevity) which was registered with the Commission on 15 May 1969, filed among others, its 1997 General Information Sheet and 2002 Financial Statements.
Considering the Corporation's submission of 1997 General Information Sheets and 2002 Financial Statements, it should not have been included in the Revocation Order dated 27 May 2003.
WHEREFORE, premises considered the status ST. JOSEPH HIGH SCHOOL OF FLORA, INC. shall be changed from "revoked" to "registered" in the Commission's database.
