NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on 10 April 2015, a sworn Registration Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on behalf of 8990 Holdings, Inc. for the registration of unsecured fixed-rate bonds with an aggregate amount of Five Billion Pesos (Php5,000,000,000.00) covering the base offer and Four Billion Pesos (Php4,000,000,000.00) arising from an over-subscription option.
