NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on 12 May 2015, a sworn statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of ABOITIZ EQUITY VENTURES, INC. for the registration of fixed rate bonds with an aggregate principal amount of up to Twenty Five Billion Pesos [P25,000,000,000] to be issued in one or more tranches. Ten Billion Pesos [P10,000,000,000] shall be issued for the first tranche, with an over-subscription option of up to [P15,000,000.00] with the face value of 100%. Any remaining balance of the aggregate amount shall be lodged under shelf registration and will be raised in future tranches. HTcADC
