NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on 20 June 2014, a sworn Registration Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on behalf of Del Monte Pacific Limited for the registration of 5,500,000 Ordinary Shares at an Offer Price of P22.84 per share for an aggregate amount of One Hundred Twenty Five Million Six Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P125,620,000.00). These are to be listed and traded on the Main Board of the Philippine Stock Exchange.
