NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on 20 May 2015, a sworn Registration Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on behalf of Italpinas Development Corporation for the registration of up to 221,618,800 common shares with a par value of Php 0.50 per share, divided as follows:
(1) Up to 57,662,060 common shares that shall be offered and sold by the way of a primary offering at an offer price of up to Php4.20; and
(2) 163,996,800 common shares with a par value of Php0.50 per share which shall not be included in the offer.
The final offer price for the offer shares will be determined through a book-building process and discussions between the company and the Joint Issue Managers and will be made known on or before the start of the offering period.
