For failure of counsel for the petitioner to appear and there being no proof of service on the parties sought to be enjoined, today's hearing on the petitioner's application for a writ of preliminary injunction is hereby cancelled and reset for October 12, 1987, at 9:00 o'clock in the morning.
Counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish the parties sought to be enjoined with copies of the Order dated September 9, 1987, this Order and copy of the petition.
