Petitioner, UNITED FRANCHISE MANAGERS (UFMC) CORPORATION, is a stock corporation registered with the Commission on November 10, 2000 under SEC Registration No. A200017044, with business address at 2/F Rublou Business Center, Ortigas Ave. Ext., Cainta, Rizal, engaged in the business of providing services to franchise dealers as authorized service contractor of Avon Cosmetics, Inc., as stated in its Articles of Incorporation. On August 02, 2006, its Certificate of Registration was revoked by virtue of SEC Order dated June 27, 2006 which was published on July 03, 2006 in the Philippine Star, for non-filing of reports.
Petitioner now prays for the setting aside of the Order of Revocation dated June 27, 2006, on the following grounds:
