However, counsel for the defendant filed an urgent motion to postpone today's hearing. cCaATDFinding the oral objection interposed thereto to be well-taken, this Commission resolves to deny the said defendants' motion. Thereupon, after a brief manifestation, counsel for the plaintiffs moved that he will just file a memorandum regarding the injunction incident within five (5) days from today.Anent the motion to cite defendants for contempt, plaintiffs was allowed to present their witness without prejudice however to the right of defendants counsel to cross-examine the said witness at the next scheduled hearing.
