O R D E R
Acting on the petitioners' Urgent Ex-Parte Motion dated 28 December 1987, praying that this Commission send representatives to supervise the election of Biñan-Pasay Drivers Association, Inc. at Biñan-Laguna on December 29, 1987, and finding said motion to be well taken, the same is hereby GRANTED.
For this purpose, Attys. James K. Abugan and Marciano Bacalla, Jr. are hereby designated to attend and supervise the said election.
