December 22, 1987.]JAIME TANAEL, ET AL., plaintiffs, vs. CARLITO DE LEON, ET AL., defendants.O R D E RWhen this case was called for the cross-examination of plaintiffs' witness, only counsel for the defendants appeared. Thereupon, after a brief manifestation, he moved that the testimony of the said witness be stricken out from the records for failure of his counsel to appear despite due notice.Acting on the aforesaid motion, counsel for the plaintiffs is hereby given a period of five (5) days from receipt hereof within which to file his comment thereto. Thereafter, counsel for the defendants is given a similar period of five (5) days from receipt of the comment within which to file his reply. HDITCSAs prayed for, counsel for the defendants is given up to December 28, 1987 within which to file his opposition to the application for preliminary injunction, afterwhich the same shall be deemed submitted for resolution.SO ORDERED.
