This advisory is prompted by inquiries and reports to the Commission regarding JUST 950 wherein the public is invited to invest at least Php950.00 for one (1) slot with a promised pay out, net of deductions, of Php2,300.00. Pay outs of investments would allegedly be more than double the amount invested.
The public is hereby informed that JUST 950 is not registered with the Commission as a corporation or as a partnership. There being no primary license, it is likewise not authorized to solicit investments which require a secondary license as provided under Section 8.1 of the Securities Regulation Code.
Those who invite or recruit other people to join or invest in this venture or offer investment contracts or securities to the public may be held criminally liable or accordingly sanctioned or penalized, in accordance with the Supreme Court decision in the case of SEC vs. Oudine Santos (G.R.
