O R D E R

It appearing that respondent was not properly notified with the hearing on the petitioner's application for a writ of preliminary injunction last December 15, 1987, and upon motion of counsel for the petitioner the said hearing was cancelled and reset on January 28, 1988 at 9:30 in the morning.

Let copy of this order together with the petition be served upon the respondent who is hereby directed to file its answer thereto within fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof.
