LA-0182-13TO:The Investing Public   SUBJECT:Lopez Holdings Corporation  Additional Listing The Exchange approved on October 12, 2011, based on the representation and documents submitted, the application of LOPEZ HOLDINGS CORPORATION ("LPZ" or the "Company") to list additional 46,702,147 common shares, with a par value of P1.00 per share at an exercise price of P4.573 per share to cover the Company's Employee Stock Option Plan ("ESOP") and Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP"), with the following breakdown: a. 4,268,191 common shares to cover the ESOP; andb. 42,433,956 common shares to cover the ESPP.In this connection, please be advised that a total of 423,392 common shares have been availed of and fully paid under the Company's ESOP.In view thereof, the listing of the 423,392 common shares availed of under the Company's ESOP is set for Thursday, May 16, 2013.
