The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of Maritime Savings Bank Corporation to "Maritime Bank Corporation (A Rural Bank)." The Bank has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) its Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name and the SEC issued the pertinent certification thereon on 14 September 2018.
