The Securities and Exchange Commission approved on 28 June 2010 the Articles and Plan of Merger executed on 28 August 2009, by and between Sterling Bank of Asia, Inc. (SBAI), surviving corporation, and Centennial Savings Bank, Inc. (CENSB), absorbed corporation, whereby the entire assets and liabilities of CENSB will be transferred to and absorbed by SBAI.
