LA-0105-13TO:The Investing Public   SUBJECT:Metro Pacific Investments Corporation  Additional Listing The Exchange approved on May 27, 2009, the application of METRO PACIFIC INVESTMENTS CORPORATION (the "Company" or "MPI") to list additional 123,925,245 common shares, with a par value of P1.00 per share, to cover the Company's 1st and 2nd Grants of its Executive Stock Option Plan ("ESOP" or the "Plan"). Further, the Exchange approved on November 10, 2010, the application of the Company to list additional 145,000,000 common shares to cover the 3rd Grant of the ESOP.
