This is to inform the public that the entity using the Facebook Account MGC FOREX PHILIPPINES is not registered with the Commission neither as a corporation nor as a partnership. Moreover, it has not registered any security pursuant to Sections 8 and 12 of the Securities Regulation Code.
The Facebook pages of the said entity contain entries that are in foreign languages, which appear to deal with investments.
Corollary, the public is strongly advised to exercise caution in dealing with this entity, its officers, salesmen and agents in the Philippines.
