2020ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENTNOTICE TO ALL NON-STOCK CORPORATIONSNEW DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF THE MANDATORY DISCLOSURE FORM (MDF)NOTICENotice is hereby given that the deadline for submission of the original duly signed and notarized printed copy of the Mandatory Disclosure Form (MDF) is further extended until fifteen (15) days after the lifting of travel restrictions and other measures to contain the COVID-19 pandemic in Metro Manila. In the meantime, everyone is enjoined to observe the prescribed precautionary measures designed to completely stop the COVID-19 virus from spreading.Non-Stock Corporations who are yet to submit the printed MDF may, however, already fill out and submit the MDF online. Access to the online form is available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. only.
