OGC Postponement

March 17, 2020SEC ADVISORYIn light of the Enhanced Community Quarantine and Stringent Distancing Measures, which were made effective on 17 March 2020 covering the entire Luzon, the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) of the Securities and Exchange Commission is hereby suspending/postponing all hearings and conferences scheduled between 17 March 2020 and 17 April 2020 (the "Covered Period"). The OGC will issue Orders relating to the new schedule of hearings and conferences after the community quarantine is lifted. Moreover, the filing of appeals, motions and pleadings that are due or will become due during the Covered Period for cases pending with the OGC is hereby extended for thirty (30) calendar days from 15 April 2020.The foregoing shall also apply to appeals, motions and pleadings, which will become due during the Covered Period, for cases pending with the Commission En Banc.All pleadings covered by this Advisory shall thus be filed on 15 May 2020.
