The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has approved the change of the corporate name of the Peninsula Rural Bank, Inc. to "PENBANK, INC. (A PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT BANK) (FORMERLY: PENINSULA RURAL BANK, INC.)".
