Pursuant to Section 11 of the Revised Securities Act mandating issuers of registered securities to keep current the information and documents contained in their Registration Statement as well as with the disclosure requirements of existing rules, all corporations whose securities are registered are hereby required to file with the Commission, and the Stock Exchanges if the security is listed, a quarterly report, starting the first quarter of 1987 containing such information/data relative to the following: llcd

2. Composition of Board of Directors;
3. Performance of the corporation or result/progress of operations;
4. Suspension of Operations;
5. Declaration of dividends;
6. Contracts of merger, consolidation or joint venture; contract of management, licensing, marketing, distributorship, technical assistance or similar agreements;
7. Financing through loans;
8. Offering of rights, granting of Stock Options and corresponding plans therefor;
