The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has approved the change of corporate name of Philippine Postal Savings Bank, Inc. to "Overseas Filipino Bank, Inc., A Savings Bank of LANDBANK." The Bank has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Amended Articles of Incorporation bearing its new corporate name on 5 January 2018.
